Hawver Steamway cleaned our carpets today and he just eliminated a black spot on the carpet that was Roland Eco Solvent Ink from my outdoor printer. I would have guessed that the spot was there until this carpet is replaced. If they can take out Solvent Ink I cannot imagine anything they couldn’t get out!

Hawver Steamway does exactly what they say they will do. We hired Tim to have our carpets cleaned and were extremely pleased with the results. We have a commercial store front, so it is impossible to have our carpets cleaned during our open hours. Tim was more than happy to come on a Saturday after we closed! We gave him the keys to our front door, and left for the weekend. When we returned on Monday, everything was locked up and put back where it belonged. But even more importantly, the carpets looked great! We have two specific high-traffic areas, and even they looked brand new! Tim showed up early that Monday morning and returned our key.
